To convert Treasure Map 3 into Sal'diresh's Vault Key 3, which provides access to Sal'diresh's Vault 3...

These steps are only required the first time you need to convert a map, as it provides the location of the NPC who performs the map conversion.

Carry the relevant treasure map in your inventory
Go to Celeste Harbour TP and talk with Tom Tennant at the Moonshine Bar: /wp [Arkadia, 29833, 10197, 99, Tom]
He will give you the location of the NPC.

Once Tom has given you the NPC's location (and for every subsequent conversion for this map):

Have the following in your inventory:

150 Animal Oil Residue (1.5 PED)
45 Oil (0.9 PED)
15 Hydrogen Gas (0.6 PED)

Total cost: 3 PED

Go to Chemical Factory TP and talk with Benjamin D. Harris: /wp [Arkadia, 24801, 10370, 197, Benjamin]
Once the exchange is completed, you'll receive Sal'diresh's Vault Key 3 (under the Tools tab).
