This weapon was originally assigned to a special task-force that was involved in covert search and rescue missions during the mop-up operations after the first robot war. Evidently many of these Marber Inc. engineered Foxtrot-Type plasma rifles were lost during combat and only recently begun to surface on the market. The Foxtrot Annihilator isa powerful energy assault weapon that was developed for the special military crack squads raiding robot strongholds. The intense heat from the plasma emission gives the weapon a slow recharge, as the firing chamber requires an extended "cooling down" period before it can fire again.
