Pestilence
|
Noxious fumes escape the cracks in the shell of this ancient creature. Unwary predators and hunters may die from inhaling them. Because of its great age, Pestilence has stopped hunting. Instead, it lies in wait and eats whatever comes close enough to die from these fumes. In order to enter battle with Pestilence one must first enter the room with large Marcimex deep in Cyclops Depths, then kill the Broodling which locks the room and spawns the Queen, and then defeat the Queen. Both the Queen and Pestilence are very tough, and once in combat with Pestilence the room is filled with noxous fumes which deal more and more damage the longer the fight goes, meaning you must defeat Pestilence quickly or inevitably die.
