This is a helmet commonly used by more skilled Thorifoid Berserkers. The horns seem to have a ritual meaning, but it has not yet been established exactly what they signify. Some type of chemical compound in the helmet causes those who wear it to enter a stage of homicical rage. They will attack much faster, but lose some natural regeneration.
