Lorika Tek successfully miniaturised their Triplex protection system into this armour plate, which is best used to prevent a variety of sharp or blunt damage types. Armour plating is used to add to the protection your armour provides. When you receive damage, both the Armour and the Armour Plate can absorb it.
There are no additional bonuses or penalties for mixing armour types. You may attach any armour plate to any piece of armour. As a Limited plate, Pulsar Armour Plate 4 (L) will give full protection at all times, regardless of its Trade Terminal value.
